INDIVIDUALS (13+)*
Feelings like anxiety, depression, and stress, or patterns in emotional health and relationships, can be tough to manage on your own. Together, we’ll explore these areas and effective ways to handle life’s challenges as well as how to advocate for yourself in a world that often minimizes these challenges.

COUPLES
Balancing the demands of a relationship with the various roles we play can be overwhelming. In our couples counseling sessions, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you and your partner can reconnect and strengthen your bond.

FAMILIES
Family therapy provides a compassionate space to explore and address a range of issues affecting your family, from communication and relationship dynamics to conflict resolution and overall family well-being.
*Currently, I do not offer individual therapy for children under the age of 13 primarily because online counseling often isn’t the most effective format for younger children. Instead, I encourage families to consider family or couples counseling with me while exploring in-person sessions for their child. I have worked as an in-person therapist with children dealing with complex trauma, conduct disorders, and neurodevelopmental issues like ADHD. In my experience, caregiving often benefit from having the time and space to discuss the challenges of caregiving. Focusing on parenting strategies and family dynamics through therapy can provide significant support for both the child and the family as a whole.
